Hey friends,
Having pimples is a process we all go through in a lifetime,
Sometimes you have acne on your face and must be embarrassed because of it,
So in today’s blog post let us explore the embarrassing world of these unwanted guests that how a pimple forms and burst the secret behind this question
How is Pimple Formed?
Pimples also known as blemishes, blackheads, whiteheads and zist etc which is a common part of our puberty as almost eight out of ten teens suffers from it as do many adults.
And I know that in front of an enormous red pimple on your nose through the mirror you don’t find it so easy to take and hide behind some bushes from the rest of the world just so nobody sees you.
The good news, however, is that for most people, the acne clears up almost entirely by the time they are out of their teens.
But the most disturbing question is
What causes pimples to appear in the first place?
Well pimple occurs due to the hair follicle of your skin that contains sebaceous glands also known as oil glands, these glands make an oil called sebum that comes on the surface through the pores and lubricates your hair and skin, generally these sebaceous glands make the right amount of sebum. But as you hit puberty, the body begins to grow and hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum.
As the glands produce sebum inside the pores, at the same time new cells continually grow as well, shedding the outer layer of skin, sometimes these dead skin cells are not shed and block the pores, resulting in the accumulation of extra amounts of sebum and forming a bump around it. And as sebum provides food to bacteria, they begin to build their colonies in it and start to multiply causing an infection. So our body quickly reacts and asks our immune system to send help, by sending blood cells and immune cells to fight it and the blood turns the infected area red, whereas the immune cells attack and kill the bacteria resulting in swelling and formation of a pimple.
In most cases right before an important event.

Do you know that popping acne causes more harmful than good?
I know it is just so tempting not to pop the bumps on your face that have been really unwanted, but the proper popping of the pimples can force the bacteria into deeper skin, making the problem worse and causing even more irritation and redness.
According to Research:
There is another fascinating thing to know, a population of 1200 Kitvan islanders, in Popua New Guinea, reported no acne at all, and it was the same case in Aiche Tribe in Paraguay.
Researchers think that this may be due to their diet which is entirely free from refined sugar and processed foods.
