Earthing (Grounding) for Stress Reduction

What is Earthing?

This involves physical contact with the Earth’s surface electrons by walking barefoot on natural surfaces (grass, sand, soil) or using grounding mats indoors.

  • Benefits:
    • Reduces cortisol levels and stress.
    • Improves sleep by regulating circadian rhythms.
    • May help reduce chronic inflammation and pain.
    • Improves mood and energy levels.
  • How to Practice: Spend 15–30 minutes daily walking barefoot outdoors or use grounding products indoors.
